How can I activate my account?

After registration, your account has to be activated. We sent you an e-mail with activation link for this purpose. Click the link and your account will be activated automatically.

How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information in the account settings. Log in for this purpose and click in the upper right-hand corner on your name. You can change the information under "My data". But bear in mind that changing your address will result in renewed verification. In the event of questions, please contact our support.

How can I close my account?

You can deactivate your account at any time. Log in for this purpose and select the sub-menu "Deactivation of your account" in the "Account" menu. If you have questions about this, please contact our support.

How can I verify my account?

In order to verify your account, we have to check your identity and place of residence. You can upload proof of identity and place of residence to us for this purpose. As proof of identity, we require an official document, such as the personal identification document, ID card or a copy of your passport.

As proof of the place of residence, we need a current utilities bill, issued to your name and address. This can for example be an electricity, water or gas bill. If you have questions about this, please contact our support.

How high are the fees for inactive accounts?

Super7+ charges an administrative fee of 5 euros a month from the beginning of the 13th month until it has reached a balance of 0 euros. Your account balance cannot become negative.

Is my personal data secure?

My account is blocked, what can I do?

There can be many reasons for your account being blocked. Please contact our support so we can check this.

What does closing my account cost?

Closing your account is possible free of charge at any time. Any available balance will of course be paid out in full.

Who has access to my data?

Only the authorised employees of Super7plus Ltd have access to your data. On request of the Maltese authorities, we have to grant the authorities access to selected data.

Why does my account have to be verified?

We are obliged by the Maltese authorities to know our gamblers. This is primarily to protect against abuse and as an effective method of preventing money-laundering. Verification is unnecessary up to an exemption limit of 2,000 euros. As soon as this has been reached or money has to be paid out, your identity has to be verified.

Why is a fee charged for an inactive account?

The administrative fee for inactive accounts is charged, since inactive customer accounts involve considerable organisational effort.

Why is my account blocked?

There can be several reasons for blocking. An account is frequently blocked after multiple incorrect login attempts. Or you may have blocked your account, because you no longer wish to gamble. The best course is to contact us, we would then be pleased to help you.

Why is my account inactive?

Your account has either never been confirmed or you have not logged in to Super7+ for 12 months. If you have questions about this, please contact our support.

How can I have money on my bonus account paid out?

To enable you to have the balance on your bonus account paid out, you must first transfer it to your cash account. After this, you can dispose of it freely. If you have any questions, our support would be pleased to assist you.

How can I remove the deposit limit?

As soon as we have been able to check your identity and place of residence, the limit is automatically removed.

How can I use money from my bonus account for stakes?

How do I check the status of my withdrawal?

Why can I not make any deposits with my credit card?

Not all credit card issuers permit participation in online gambling. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this. Please use a different credit card or select an alternative payment option.

Why can I only deposit 2,000 euros?

How can I reduce my stake?

You can reduce the basic stake for a completely filled-out betting slip down from 1 euro to 1 cent or any amount in between. Bear in mind, however, that the overall amount of your bet must be at least 1 euro (e.g. 100 series à 1 cent).

How can I submit a bet?

Go to the page 'Submit a bet' and fill out the betting slip. Seven fixtures must be selected and a bet placed on at least one final result for each. In addition, two bonus matches must be selected and a bet placed on the simple match outcome (win, draw or loss). The bet is then complete and can be submitted.

You can of course improve your chances of winning by betting on several possible outcomes per fixture.

How many bets can I place?

You can bet on as many results per fixture as you like. If more bets are placed, the chances of winning increase, but the stake also increases.

Is it possible to bet on several results?

You can now bet as many final results for each match as you like. You can find more information on this in our gambling instructions.

What are bonus matches?

We specify two bonus matches for every match day from which you are free to make a selection. Bets only need to be placed on win, loss or draw for the bonus matches. Of course, several bets can also be placed here, which increases the possible combinations (series).

What does "other result" mean?

Every result above 6:6 is rated as "other result". For example, if you expect a match outcome of 7:4, then select "other result". If the match then ends 7:3, you likewise have a hit.

What does a bet at Super7+ cost?

A bet at Super7+ costs one euro per series (possible combination). The series are automatically calculated while you are placing your bet. You have the option at any time to reduce the basic stake down from one euro to one cent or any amount in between. In this way, you can bet on several hundred or thousand possible combinations for a small stake. But please bear in mind that the possible winning is also reduced with a reduced basic stake.

What is a bet at Super7+?

A completely filled-out betting slip represents a bet at Super7+. That means, seven fixtures must be selected and a bet placed on at least one final result for each. In addition, two bonus matches must be selected and a bet placed on the simple match outcome (win, draw or loss). The bet is then complete and can be submitted.

What matches can I select?

The e-mail address serves as unambiguous identification and therefore cannot be changed. Should it nevertheless be necessary, please contact our support. We will find a solution.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

Can I register several times?

No, this is not possible. You can only register once as a customer at Super7+. As soon as you have successfully concluded your registration, your data is saved in our database and renewed registration is not permitted. Should you register with Super7+ using false information, Super7+ is entitled to close the additional Super7+ account. Please take our general terms and conditions of business (GTC) into account in this regard.

Can my personal data be changed after registration?

Your personal data cannot be changed after registration on security grounds. Since we have to check your identity from a turnover of 2,000 euros, and as a result verify your account, a renewed check would become necessary in the event of a change. Should you nevertheless want to change your data, for example, because your name has changed, contact our support.

Do I enter into a commitment by registering?

No. Your registration is not binding and you are not obliged to pay in money regularly or place a bet. However, you are bound by our general terms and conditions of business (GTC) by registering.

Do I have to pay immediately after registration?

No, you do not have to pay immediately after registration. Payments can be made to your account at any time.

How is my data protected?

Your data is transferred in encrypted form to our server in Malta and held in an officially registered data centre. The data can only be viewed by Super7+. Third parties have no access to them.

I am having problems registering, what can I do?
